Ahh, this stage of Springleaf is wonderful. The task here is to water every Oddish so that they evolve into Gloom and then into Vile Plume. This process can take several tries, but it can happen if you're patient enough. If Pikachu wants a watering can or watering jug, make sure to give it to Pikachu right away because it means Pikachu found a plant that needs watering. Each Oddish and Gloom must be watered twice to evolve. When you evolve each of the five Oddish all the way into Vile Plumes, they'll reward you with a valuable topaz (worth more than 10000 PikaPoints) for your hard work in evolving them. They'll leave and let you water and evolve their seedling Oddish after this.

Also found here is Abra's Shop, located in the tree found in the center of the entire place. There you can buy all the colorful balloons, hatch the Togepi (when you find it in Ochre), buy the watering jug, PokeDisc, the trumpet, and more things. Make sure to get things you don't see laying around anywhere. It's okay to spend your PikaPoints, too. This makes Pikachu happy.

When you're collecting your items, you'll want to collect the more valuable ones to get as many PikaPoints as possible. Items you'll want to find are roasted apples, lily flowers, strawberries, and sunflowers. These items are worth 200 PikaPoints or more.
