Pikachu has several moods, and by the way it acts, you can tell its temper. However, some moods Pikachu doesn't act out and instead you see a bubble hovering above its head showing symbols.

This symbol means Pikachu notices something, either you or something else. This also sometimes appears when you're talking to Pikachu.

This flower symbol means Pikachu knows you're talking to it and either wants to do it or is just ignoring you.

Squiggly lines indicate that Pikachu isn't happy. He's either mad or frustrated. You'd better say sorry if you know it was your fault. =)

This sun-like symbol means Pikachu is happy. Currently, I've only seen this symbol when delivering ingredients in Ochre.

This question symbol will appear to unclear voices. Sometimes Pikachu won't understand what you're saying. If this appears, say what you were meant to say and Pikachu should have some different mood.
