Pengy

Pengy is the drunken uncle of Chickie, and cousin of KiKi and Pluckie. Nobody really knows the truth behind what got Pengy drunk, but what they do know is that he was also thrown out of the Plushies gang because of his foolish acts. His comrad, Dynamic, looks after Pengy from a distance as to not be hit by Pengy's heavy wings and to control Pengy's outrageous acts. Pengy loves to visit Chickie, but Chickie absolutely despises him.
